The LED display module is one of the main components that make up LED display products, mainly composed of LED lights, PCB circuit boards, driver ICs, resistors, capacitors, and plastic kits. (Indoor or semi outdoor is called a unit board, while outdoor is generally called a module.)
LED display modules are classified by color. 1: Monochrome modules, such as single red, single green, single blue, single yellow, and single white modules. 2: Two color modules such as red green dual color and red blue dual color. 3: The full-color module is mainly a product that uses the three primary colors of red, green, and blue placed on an LED module
The quality of the module is mainly determined by three factors:
Firstly, in the design phase, the selection of components and the quality of all aspects are crucial, such as choosing what kind of driver chips, connectors, capacitors, etc. If your own choices are already very low-end, then the quality of LED screens cannot be guaranteed.
Second, the quality assurance of the module in the production process. If controlling the welding process, it is necessary to ensure that all LED lights inside the module are horizontally, vertically, and forwards and backwards without any abnormal deviation. Adjust the brightness of individual modules on the LED unit board to ensure uniform white balance between modules.
Thirdly, pay attention to module protection to make it suitable for various working environments, such as high temperature, high humidity, dust, and corrosive gases. These are aspects that LED display companies cannot ignore.
